Uniform World

We are situated on the second floor of Palika Bazaar, at units 32 and 32 A. It is right across from the old railway station, so it is a very busy area. Uniform World is mostly about fabric, sewing machines, and piles of finished sets ready for pickup. The bazaar is always noisy with people shouting and moving goods, and that energy flows right into our shop. We have been here quite a while and have seen the area change, but the station across the street is a constant landmark. Inside, it is a bit cramped because we have so many rolls of cloth stacked up against the walls. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and talking to people who need clothes for work or school. It is not a quiet office job. There is always the sound of scissors or the hum of the machines. We have a small mirror for people to check the fit and a few chairs that have been here as long as the shop. We don't do any of that corporate branding stuff. We just focus on making sure the uniforms are sturdy and the sizes are right. Dealing with the crowds in Palika Bazaar can be tiring, but it is where the action is. We know most of the other shopkeepers around us and we look out for each other. It is a long day but we get it done.
