You can find Uncease Automation Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot 177 in the Anand Industrial Estate. Being on Hapur Road in Mohan Nagar means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. There’s always a forklift moving somewhere nearby or the sound of a heavy engine starting up. Our place is full of various automation parts, sensors, and tangled wires that we’re trying to turn into something useful. It’s not exactly a clean office environment; it’s more of a working space where things actually get built. We have a few workbenches that are always cluttered with tools and half-finished projects. Sometimes we spend hours just trying to figure out why a particular piece of logic isn't working right on a machine. The industrial estate gets really hot in the middle of the day, so we have a couple of fans that just move the warm air around. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it for a while and we know the rhythms of the place. We often stay late when a project is near completion, and the only sound left is the hum of the machines we’re testing. It’s a lot of trial and error and making sure all the bolts are tightened properly before anything leaves the floor. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we usually just talk over the workbench about what needs to be fixed next or which parts we need to order.
