The name is a mouthful, Umbrella Lift Company, and we are part of Perfect Fashion Accessories. We are located at G-75 on the Mussoorie Gulawathi Road in the UPSIDC Industrial Area. It’s a long way to write out our address, especially with the Street No. 11 and being near Markaz Masjid in Kaila Bhatta. We’ve been in this industrial zone for a while. It’s loud out here with all the trucks and machines going all day. Inside our place, it’s about the same. We focus on parts and accessories, stuff that people don't always think about but they need. The office is just a small corner with some old files and a computer that acts up when it gets too warm. We aren't doing anything fancy. We just make sure the orders are right. Sometimes we get the address mixed up ourselves because it's so long. Raj Nagar RDC is close by too. The staff here has been around for a long time. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weather while we work. It’s a practical kind of life. We don't have a glossy brochure. If you need to see what we do, you just have to come by the shop. It’s easier to show people than to talk about it. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs in the heat. It’s not much else to say. We stay until the trucks leave.
