Tyagi & Associates

Modi Nagar 18 is a familiar address for a lot of people around here. Tyagi & Associates has been part of this neighborhood for years. The office is located in a spot that gets a fair amount of foot traffic, so we see a lot of familiar faces passing by the window. Inside, it’s a pretty standard setup. We have the usual desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and a fan that makes a clicking noise if you turn it up too high. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or expensive art. We prefer it this way because it feels more like home. Most of our work involves sitting down with people and going over documents or explaining how things work. It can get a bit repetitive, but we like the routine of it. We don't spend money on big billboard ads or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them where we are. On hot afternoons, the office stays relatively cool, which is a blessing. We usually take turns making sure there is fresh water or someone goes to grab some snacks for the afternoon slump. It’s just a small team of us working together. We’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years, but our little corner at number 18 stays pretty much the same.
