Twinkle Luminaires Pvt. Ltd. is over in the Industrial Area of Sahibabad, specifically at B-53, Site-IV. This is a real industrial zone, so there are factories and warehouses all around us. It’s not the prettiest place, with the gray buildings and the heavy trucks, but it’s where we get things done. Our facility is a big open space where we handle all the assembly and storage. It gets quite loud during the day with all the tools and movement. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. They know exactly where everything is kept. The office is just a partitioned area in the corner where we keep the computer and the ledgers. It’s often dusty because of the industrial setting, but we try to keep it tidy enough to work in. Sahibabad is a tough place to work sometimes, especially when the roads get muddy after it rains. But it’s a good location for logistics. We spend a lot of time checking that everything we make is put together correctly. It isn't a glamorous job. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty. Sometimes we have lunch together out in the yard when the weather is nice. We just focus on getting the orders ready and sent out to the people who need them.
