Tri Fitness

Tri Fitness is located up on the second floor of Reliance Plaza in Sector 4B. Finding us is pretty straightforward because we are right near Mark Mall in Vasundhara. Most of our days start quite early when it is still a bit dark out. The stairs in the plaza can be a workout themselves if you aren't feeling energetic. Vasundhara Sector 4 is a lively area with plenty of traffic and people moving about. We see a lot of regular faces from the neighborhood. Some folks stop by after they finish their errands at the mall nearby. Our windows look out over the main road and it gets a lot of sun in the later hours. Inside, we have all the standard gear sitting in its usual spots. Sometimes the music is playing a little loud, but usually, it is just the sound of people working out. We spend a good chunk of our time just cleaning and making sure things are where they belong. It is a practical kind of place. Nothing too fancy or polished, just a spot to get things done. Ghaziabad summers are tough, so the cooling is always running. Most of the staff lives close by, which makes coming in easy. We have been here for a good while now and the Reliance Plaza sign is easy to see from the street. It is just a normal part of the local scene here in 201012. We keep things moving every day.
