We are located at Ug-23 in the Amrit Plaza Complex. It’s in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad. Being on the upper ground floor means we are just a few steps up from the main walkway. The complex is usually pretty busy with people visiting the different shops and offices. Our space is tucked away in a corner, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We have a few desks pushed together and some shelves for all the files we accumulate. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the summer months. We mostly deal with travel bookings and organizing trips for people who live nearby. It’s a lot of typing and looking at schedules. We don’t have a big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing the tax papers. The walls have some old pictures of places we’ve sent people to, but they are getting a bit faded now. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat at the desk while we work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We know the other people in the complex and often chat with the security guard at the gate. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things organized for the people who trust us. We take things as they come.
