Transformation Fitness

We started Transformation Fitness on the main road in Niti Khand 2 because we live around here and noticed there were not many places to just go and lift. It is right near Presidium School, so you have probably seen our sign if you drive that way for school runs or work. The space we have is basically just a place to get a workout done without any fancy stuff getting in the way. We keep it pretty simple. There is a mix of machines and free weights, nothing too crazy, but enough for whatever you need to do on a daily basis. Most of our regulars are just folks from Indirapuram who want to sweat a bit before or after their jobs. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone finishes work, but that is just how it is in a busy neighborhood. We try to keep the place clean, though with people coming and going all day, there is always something to wipe down or a weight to put back. It is not a giant corporate chain or anything like that. Just a gym where you can lift things and move around. We have been at this spot for a while now and the locals seem to know us. If you are walking past Plot 520, you will see us there. It is a practical setup for real people. We do not spend much time on decorations. It is just about the equipment.
