You can find Tp Global Services at Flat 112 in the Bharat Residency. It’s on Plot No. 16 in Ahinsa Khand-II, which is part of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. Indirapuram is a busy place, always full of traffic and people heading to Delhi or Noida. Our residency is a bit of a break from all that noise once you get inside. The office is just a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable and it has everything we need. We do global services, which sounds big, but we are just a small group of people working hard. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which is annoying when we’re in a rush, but that’s life. We don't have a corporate handbook or a list of values on the wall. We just know that if we don't do the work right, we won't have any customers. It’s as simple as that. We have a small kitchen area where we make lunch. It smells like spices most afternoons. We like being in Ghaziabad because everything is close by. We’ve been at this address for a while and it’s become like a second home to us. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, and try to make sure we don't make too many mistakes along the way.
