You can find us over at Sri Om Prakash’s place in Ganawan. It’s a small operation, mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of developing local spots. Ganawan is a quiet place for the most part, which makes it a good spot to get work done without too many distractions. We spend a lot of time looking at plots and figuring out the best way to use the space we have. There’s no big marketing team here, just a couple of us who know how to read a plan and handle a shovel when we need to. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we usually sort it out over a long afternoon. We don’t have those fancy coffee machines or big desks you see in the city. Our office is just a place to keep the rain off the documents. We talk to folks about what they want to do with their land and we try to make it happen without too much fuss. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be measuring a boundary and the next we are sitting in the shade waiting for a truck to arrive with supplies. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We’ve lived around here a long time, so we know the ground pretty well. We just do what needs doing and don't make a big deal out of it.
