We are Toshi Automatic Systems Pvt Ltd, and you’ll find us at D-132 in the Bsr Industrial Area in Ghaziabad. It’s a typical industrial zone. There are lots of factories and workshops around us. We’ve been here for a good number of years. The office and the workshop are all in one place. It’s practical. We don't have any polished floors or glass walls. It’s just brick and concrete, which is fine for the kind of work we do. We spend our time working on automatic systems. It involves a lot of tinkering and testing. The team here is a mix of young guys and some older hands who have been around since the start. We have our disagreements sometimes, but we always get the job done. Ghaziabad is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the traffic, but we are used to it. We don't put out fancy advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. We just focus on the machines and making sure they work like they are supposed to. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We show up, we work, and we go home. That is the story of D-132. It’s just a bunch of us doing our bit. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to the job.
