We set up our office at Km-170 in Kavi Nagar. Ghaziabad is a fast-paced place, very different from the smaller towns. Everything here is moving quickly. We do development work, mostly looking at new projects and trying to see them through. Kavi Nagar is a well-known area, so it is easy for people to find us. We are not a corporate giant. We are just a few people working out of this space. The office can get a bit messy with all the plans and site photos lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone. Ghaziabad has a lot of construction going on, so there is always something to keep us busy. It is a lot of coordination between the workers and the suppliers. Sometimes it is a bit overwhelming, but we manage to get things finished. We do not have any big mission statements. We just want to get the buildings up. We have been at this for a while now. The commute can be rough sometimes with the traffic here. We usually start our day early. It is practical work, nothing very glamorous. We deal with the heat and the dust just like everyone else.
