Our office is situated at 132/23-24 in Radhey Shyam Palace, which is in the Nai Basti area. It’s a fairly well-known spot around here. Radhey Shyam Palace has been around for a while and houses quite a few different businesses. We take up a couple of units there to handle our pharmaceutical work. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes with all the corridors, but you get the hang of it. We deal with the administrative side of medicine, making sure the records are straight and the distribution lines are open. The rooms are filled with filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t go for anything flashy. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re more like a small group of friends than coworkers. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Nai Basti is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We try to stay focused on the tasks at hand, whether it’s checking an invoice or organizing a delivery. It isn't the kind of place you see in a brochure. It’s just a real office where people work hard and try to get things right. We don't have any big slogans. We just come in, do our hours, and head home to our families once the work is finished.
