The Yellow Chilli

The Yellow Chilli is situated in Ghaziabad City near Sihani Chungi. It is an area that sees a lot of people moving through every single day. We have been operating out of this spot for a while now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning starts with unloading supplies from the trucks that pull up near the entrance. It can be a bit chaotic with the crates and bags everywhere. We do not have a big corporate office; our office is just a small desk in the corner of the back room. The floors are made of simple tile that we mop at least twice a day. We have a few lights that flicker sometimes, but we just give them a tap and they usually stay on. It is a practical place for us to work. Most of our neighbors are small shops too, so we all know each other by name. We do not spend money on big signs or bright lights. The name is on the front, and that is usually enough for people to find us. When it is busy, we all have to jump in and help, no matter what our job title is supposed to be. It is just how things work here at Sihani Chungi. We try to stay focused on what needs to be done today instead of worrying about next year. It is a local business run by local people.
