If you head down to Khora Colony in Ghaziabad, you’ll find us in Shiv Park. We’re right near the Maakali Cement Agency, which is usually the easiest way to tell people where to turn off. The clinic is a small, straightforward place. It’s not meant to be a big hospital or anything like that, just a local spot for people in the colony to come when they aren't feeling right. We see a lot of coughs, fevers, and the usual stuff that goes around the neighborhood. Ghaziabad is a crowded place, and Khora especially has so many people living close together, so there’s never a dull moment. I spend most of my day sitting in the small consultation room, listening to people talk about their aches and pains. Sometimes the power goes out, or it gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we just keep going. It’s a very local feel here. I know many of the faces who walk in because they live just a few streets away. We don’t have any fancy waiting room music or high-tech buzzers. You just come in, wait your turn, and we see what we can do to help. The cement agency next door always has trucks moving around, so it’s a bit noisy, but you get used to it. It’s just honest, daily work for the people living around Shiv Park.
