Svy Global Services (Opc) Private Limited is run from A-128 in Sector-12, Vijay Nagar. It’s a one-person company, which is what the OPC stands for, though I have people who help me out from time to time. The office is in a familiar part of town, and I’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know me. I started this because I wanted to work for myself after years of being in big offices. It’s a bit different when you have to do everything yourself, from the actual work to the cleaning and the accounts. The space in Sector-12 is small but it has everything I need. I handle global services, mostly over the internet, so I spend a lot of time looking at a screen. It can be a bit lonely sometimes, but I like the freedom it gives me. I don’t have any big fancy slogans. I just try to provide what people ask for and do it on time. Sometimes the internet acts up and I have to wait for the technician, which can be frustrating. My desk is usually covered in papers and sticky notes. I’m not trying to build an empire or anything like that. I just want to do my job well and keep things simple. Vijay Nagar is a good spot for this kind of work because it is quiet. I just try to be honest and work through my tasks each day. I like having my own space here.
