Sutej Speech & Hearing Aid Clinic

You can find us at Shop No. 6 in the GDA Market over in Patel Nagar. It’s a busy little market area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on speech and hearing stuff. The shop isn't huge, but we’ve tucked in everything we need, like the testing equipment and the displays for the hearing aids. I spend most of my day sitting with people, trying to help them hear a bit better or work on their speech. It takes a lot of patience, both for me and for the people coming in. The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes we hear the noise from the tea stall nearby, but we’ve tried to dampen the sound inside for the tests. The floor is that old linoleum that’s seen better days, but we keep it scrubbed clean. Most of our regulars are older folks from the neighborhood who just want to be able to hear their grandkids talk. I like hearing their stories while we work. Patel Nagar is a good spot because it’s central. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background when we aren't doing a test. It’s just a small shop run by a couple of us who know our way around a hearing aid. Nothing too complicated, just a local business trying to do right by the people who live around here.
