Surya Paneer Bhandar

We start early at Surya Paneer Bhandar. It is just a small place on Ghaziabad Sikh Road, but we keep busy. Mostly, it is just about making sure the paneer is ready for people who stop by. We have been here for a while now. The road gets noisy during the day, but we are used to it. Sometimes the fridge makes a weird sound, but it works fine. We do not do much fancy stuff. We just focus on the milk and getting the blocks cut right. People from the neighborhood come in every morning. Some stay to talk, others are in a rush to get home and cook. It is just me and a couple of others here. We do not have a big office or anything. Just the counters and the storage area. If you are walking down Sikh Road, you will see us. We have the usual regulars. Dealing with the heat in the kitchen is tough in summer, but that is part of the job. We try to keep things clean and simple. Nothing more to it, really. Just a local shop doing its thing day after day. It gets tiring, but seeing the same faces every day makes it okay. We do not really advertise. People just know we are here. That is how it has always been for us at Surya Paneer Bhandar. It is just an ordinary life here on the road.
