Sunrise Properties

We are over in Abhay Khand-3 in Indirapuram, right at number 360. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Ghaziabad, you know it’s grown a lot over the last few years. We’ve seen the apartment blocks go up one by one. Our day usually involves driving around the neighborhood, looking at different flats or shops, and meeting people who are either moving in or moving out. It is a lot of talking and walking. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a simple room where we can sit down and look at floor plans or talk about prices. We know these streets pretty well since we spend most of our time on them. Sometimes we’re showing a family their first home, and other times we’re just helping someone find a bigger place because their kids are growing up. It can be a bit chaotic when everyone wants to see a house on the same Saturday afternoon. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just show what’s available and let people make up their minds. There are always keys jangling in our pockets and a list of phone numbers we need to call back. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting to see how the area is changing. We’ve been at this spot for a while and plan to stay for as long as people keep moving to Indirapuram.
