Sun Shine Gift Gallery is located right across from the bus stand in Modi Nagar. You can’t miss it, we’re right near the Punjab & Sindh Bank. Being near the bus stand means it’s always loud outside with horns and people rushing around. Inside the shop, it’s a bit quieter. We sell a lot of different things like clocks, mugs, and those little gift sets people buy for weddings. The shop floor is a bit narrow, so you have to be careful not to knock anything over. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. Most of our customers are just passing through or waiting for their bus. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked with whatever is popular. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, but we’re used to it. Modi Nagar is a busy town and being opposite the bus stand keeps us on our feet. We get a lot of students coming in looking for small things for their friends. We try to be helpful without being too pushy. It’s a basic business. We open early because the buses start early. If you’re ever stuck waiting for a ride, you can come in and browse. There’s always something new to look at. We just take it day by day and try to keep the place tidy for everyone who visits.
