Subhavna Developers Pvt Ltd is our small company based in Vasundhra Sec 11, at number 1. We have been working in the local real estate and construction field for a number of years now. Our office is a quiet place where we keep all the files, maps, and building plans. It is not a high-pressure corporate office with people in suits everywhere. We are just local people who know the Vasundhra area inside and out. Most of our work involves talking to people who are looking for a new home or trying to develop a piece of land. We spend some of our time here at the desks and the rest of it out at different sites, checking on the progress of our projects. We have seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years and we try to do work that fits in with the community. It is a lot of paperwork and dealing with local regulations, which can be a bit slow and frustrating at times. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We mostly get our work through people recommending us to their friends and neighbors. It is a steady business built on just being around and doing what we say we will do. We take things one project at a time and try to keep our feet on the ground. Being at Sec 11 makes it easy for us to reach all parts of the town quickly when we need to.
