Star Fresh Vegetables

We set up our business at Plot No-G-27 in the Panchsheel Well Bazar. It is located over in Crossing Republik, which is quite near the golf course. Every morning starts very early for us, usually while it is still dark outside. We have to get all the vegetables ready before the first customers arrive. It involves a lot of sorting through wooden crates and making sure everything is laid out properly on the wooden racks. The bazar area gets very busy once the sun comes up. We don’t have a fancy shop with glass doors or air conditioning. It is more of an open stall where people can see and touch what we have for sale. We try to stock whatever is currently in season. Sometimes the supply is great, and other times it is a bit of a struggle, but that is the reality of selling fresh produce. People from the nearby apartment buildings come by on their way home or during their morning walks. We know who is looking for the best spinach and who wants a deal on potatoes. It is a simple life. We spend much of the day spraying the veggies with water to keep them from wilting. There is always some cleaning to do, like sweeping up stray leaves. We aren't a big supermarket chain. It’s just us here, trying to provide fresh food for the neighborhood. It’s honest work and we like it.
