Spy Media Networks is based in Flat No. 101, up on the UG floor of PL. NO 35, SMG 1. It’s over in Ghaziabad, specifically the 201005 area. Working out of a flat gives it a different feel than a standard office building. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we still work pretty hard. We’ve got our setups in the rooms, and it can get a bit crowded when we’re all here at once. There’s usually someone making tea in the small kitchen or someone else on a long call in the hallway. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a place where we come to do media network stuff. Ghaziabad is always busy, and getting here through the traffic can be a pain sometimes, but we’ve made this space our own. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in the country. We just focus on what we have in front of us. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working on the computer. It’s not glamorous, and we don't pretend it is. We just try to get through our to-do lists. Sometimes the neighbors in the society might wonder what we’re up to, but it’s just a normal business day for us. We like the setup because it’s practical and keeps things simple for the team. It’s just a regular office life for us.
