Spes Construction India Pvt Ltd is located over in Ghaziabad at Shastri Nagar. Our office is Sh/A-302. It is right opposite the Uttam Girls School, which is very helpful for people who are trying to find us for the first time. In the mornings and afternoons, the street gets quite lively with all the students and parents around, but it settles down during the middle of the day. Ghaziabad has its own rhythm, and Shastri Nagar is a fairly established part of it. The office itself is on one of the upper floors. We have a lot of files, some rolls of drawings, and various bits of equipment lying around the desks. It looks like a place where people actually work. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy lighting. It is just a standard office with white walls and a few windows looking out over the neighborhood. We drink a lot of water and tea while we work through our tasks. The weather here can be quite dusty, especially when there is construction going on nearby, so we are always cleaning our desks. It is a straightforward place where we handle all the paperwork and planning. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. It is just a regular office life for us here in Ghaziabad, nothing too complicated or over the top for our daily routine.
