Being an OPC means it is a one-person company, so I handle almost everything myself. It is a lot of work, but I prefer knowing exactly what is happening with every order. The Metro Tower is a busy place, and being near the station makes it easy for people to visit. The office is small but it has everything I need, like a good desk and a reliable computer. I spend most of my time tracking shipments and dealing with customs agents. Ghaziabad is a very fast-paced city, so I have to be quick. I do not have any big mission statements or marketing brochures. I just focus on the importing and exporting side of things. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but I just take it one step at a time. I do not use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than I am.
