Up here on the first floor of Prateek Villa-Ii in Sector-2, we handle the day-to-day for Som Datt Builders Pvt Ltd. Being near DAV School in Rajender Nagar means it’s always busy with parents and kids around. Sahibabad is a good spot for us because it’s close enough to everything in Ghaziabad. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to vendors on the phone. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for us to keep the files straight and meet with people when we need to. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if we’ve been out on a site all day, but we don't mind. We’ve been at 6/75 for a bit now. The team is just a few regulars who have worked in construction for years. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We just do the work, pay the bills, and try to get things built right. It gets a bit hectic when multiple projects are happening at once. You can usually find someone here during the day, though we are out checking on progress quite a bit. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with glossy brochures. We just show up, do the job, and move on to the next one. It's steady work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. Most people find us through word of mouth, which is fine by us.
