Our office is located at B-3 / 1002 in Olive County, which is right in Sector 5 of Vasundhara. Being up on the tenth floor gives us a pretty decent view of Ghaziabad, even if it’s mostly just other buildings and the haze. Solvera Consulting Private Limited isn't your typical high-street shop. We work out of this unit because it’s quieter than being right on the main road. Most of the time it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone ringing. We do a lot of consulting work, which basically means people come to us when they have problems they can't figure out on their own. We sit down, look at the papers, and try to find a way through it. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we spend hours arguing over the best way to do things. The kitchen is tiny, so we usually just order lunch from one of the places nearby or bring stuff from home. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to wait a while, but that’s just life here. It’s a small, dedicated team. We don’t wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which honestly doesn’t happen that often. We prefer just getting on with the work in our own way.
