Smart Foot Express

At Smart Foot Express, we work out of B-174 in Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad. We are right opposite the Balaji Mandir, so it’s a nice, recognizable spot for everyone in the area. Our office is a modest place where we handle all our daily travel business. We deal with lots of different requests, from local transport to stuff further away. Most mornings start with us opening up the shutters and checking our messages. It can be a bit noisy with the temple nearby, especially during morning prayers, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly in Ghaziabad. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by candlelight for a bit, but we don't let that stop us. We like talking to people who come in. Everyone has a story about why they are traveling, and we listen while we fill out the forms. We don't use any high-end jargon or confusing terms. We just tell you what the cost is and when the vehicle will arrive. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend a lot of time making sure the paperwork is correct because mistakes just cause more trouble later. We’ve been in Lajpat Nagar for a long time and enjoy being a local fixture.
