Skie Holidays is tucked away in the Express Market over on Ambedkar Road. We are pretty close to Hindon Motors if you know the Ghaziabad area. It’s a small office, mostly filled with papers and brochures from different places. We spend most of our day on the phone or looking at flight schedules on the computer. People come in wanting to go somewhere for a break, and we look at what’s available. Sometimes it’s a quick trip nearby, other times it’s something further away. We don’t have a huge team, just a couple of us sitting here handling bookings. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside on Ambedkar Road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been at A 10 for a while now. Most of our walk-ins are locals who live in the apartments around here. They stop by to ask about train tickets or hotel prices for their summer holidays. We don't use fancy booking software that does everything automatically; we still like to check things manually to make sure the dates line up right. It’s a lot of back and forth with airlines and hotels. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to ask people to wait a bit. We just try to help folks get their travel sorted without too much of a headache. It’s a straightforward business, really.
