It isn't always easy, especially with the paperwork and the regulations you have to follow these days. Our office at B-235 is where we keep all the files and meet with people. It’s a functional space, nothing too fancy. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just local people who know how to put buildings together. Some days are long, starting before the sun is really up and ending well after dark. Ghaziabad is growing fast, and there is always something new happening on the next street over. We try to stay focused on our own tasks. We’ve got a handful of staff who have been with us for years. They know the area as well as anyone. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the walls we build are straight and the roofs don't leak. If you’re walking through Brij Vihar, you might see us coming and going. We’re usually wearing work clothes and carrying a few rolls of plans. It’s just how we live.
