We are located at 80-Gyankhand-2 in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so we see a lot of families and local residents. The clinic is set up to handle a bit of everything. We have rooms for different doctors and a section for diagnostic tests like blood work and X-rays. It’s a practical setup. The walls are mostly bare, and the lighting is just regular fluorescent tubes. It gets the job done. We spend our days coordinating between the various specialists who come in and managing the patients who are here for their lab results. The waiting room has a water cooler and some plastic chairs. It’s not a luxury place, but it’s functional. Indirapuram is a fast-growing area, so we stay pretty busy most of the time. Sometimes the parking outside is a bit of a nightmare, but people find a way. We have a small team at the front desk who handle the files and the phone. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, and sometimes mistakes happen with the paperwork, but we fix them and move on. We try to be as efficient as we can, given how many people walk through the door every day. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood where folks come when they aren't feeling well or need a routine checkup. We’ve been here long enough to know many of the faces who visit us regularly, which makes the work feel a bit more personal.
