Shreya Hospital

You can find Shreya Hospital over at Plot No. 837 in the Shalimar Garden Extension I area of Sahibabad. It is tucked into a residential part of the neighborhood, which I think makes it a bit quieter than if we were right on the main highway. We started this place because it seemed like people in Sahibabad needed a spot close to their homes for their health issues. It isn't some massive corporate building with glass walls. It’s more of a practical, down-to-earth space where we can see patients and get our work done. The floors are just plain and the chairs in the waiting area are standard ones, but they do the job. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day. Some days are slow and quiet, while others have us running around quite a bit. Being in Shalimar Garden means we’ve really gotten to know the families around here. Often, someone will just walk in because they live only a few streets over and saw our sign. We try to keep the doors open for whatever comes through. It is definitely a lot of work running a hospital in a busy place like Sahibabad, but we have managed to stay at this location for a good while. There is a lot of traffic nearby sometimes, but once you step inside, it’s just about focusing on whoever needs help that day. We just go about our business and try to be useful to the local community.
