Our workshop is at 164 A in the Prakash Industrial Estate, right near the UP Border. Being this close to the border means things are always moving, and there’s usually a bit of a scramble with the trucks and the traffic. Shree Balaji Pipe Fittings Company is basically what the name says. We deal with all the small bits and pieces like elbows and tees that hold pipes together. It’s a lot of inventory to keep track of, and the shelves are usually packed to the ceiling with different sizes and materials. I’ve lived in this area most of my life, so I know the roads and the people around here pretty well. We don't have a website that looks like a movie; we just have a desk, some old ledgers, and a lot of heavy boxes. Some days the dust from the road gets into everything, but we just wipe it off and keep going. Customers come in looking for something specific, and usually, we can find it in the back if they give us a minute to look. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or uniforms. We just focus on having the right fittings when someone needs them in a hurry. It’s hard work, and the summer heat in Sahibabad is really no joke, but we’re here every day doing what we know how to do for the locals.
