Shivani Cosmetics & Gift Shop

Shivani Cosmetics & Gift Shop is on the ground floor at E-105 in Chhattarpur Extn. It’s a neighborhood spot where people from the nearby apartments often drop in. We carry a variety of makeup, hair products, and skincare items, along with a good selection of gifts. The shop is usually full of bright colors from the lipstick displays and the gift-wrapping paper. We spend our mornings checking the stock and cleaning the glass cases. Many women from the Chhattarpur area come here for their daily essentials or to find a nice pair of earrings. We also have a lot of stuff for kids, like small toys and school items. It’s not a very big shop, but we try to make use of every inch of space. Sometimes it’s just one person helping out, so things can get a bit slow if there are too many customers at once. We like the local feel of being in an extension like this. You get to know what people like and what they usually buy. There’s no corporate feel here, just a local shop with shelves that are sometimes a bit disorganized when we’re busy. We don't do any big promotions. People mostly find us by walking past or hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s a practical business, and we’re happy to be part of the daily life here in Delhi. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in and help them out.
