Shivam Project Construction is based out of Double Tanki Road in Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad. We’ve been operating from this area for quite some time now, mostly focusing on the local construction needs around Sector-12. Being near the F Block means it’s a busy spot, and there’s always something going on with the traffic and the noise from the tanks. We aren’t a big, fancy firm with a high-rise office. It’s just a few of us here who know how to get a building up. We spend most of our days out at the sites, dealing with the heat, the dust, and the daily headaches of managing labor. Sometimes materials don’t show up on time, or the weather turns bad, but that’s just the reality of the business. My cousin and I started this after working for other people for years. We handle everything ourselves, from the initial paperwork to the final brick. We don't have a marketing department or a polished website. Usually, people just see our boards at a site or walk into the office because they live nearby. We try to be honest about the timelines, even if it’s not what people want to hear. It’s hard work, and we’re tired at the end of most days, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen Vijay Nagar grow a lot, and we’re just glad to have a small part in it.
