Down in Section 23 of Sanjay Nagar, you’ll find our place at N-530B. It’s a bit tucked away, so if you aren’t looking for it, you might drive right past. We’ve been in Ghaziabad for a long time. This building has seen better days, the paint is peeling a bit near the loading dock, but it serves its purpose. We deal with exports, which means lots of packing and taping up boxes all day long. The sound of packing tape is basically the soundtrack to our lives here. We don’t really do anything flashy. It’s mostly just making sure things are packed tight and the labels are on straight before the shipping containers show up. Sometimes the traffic in Ghaziabad gets so bad that the pickups happen late, but we just wait it out. The guys in the warehouse are good people. We share lunches and complain about the summer heat together. It gets really hot in here during June. We started this because we knew a few people who needed stuff sent abroad, and it just grew from there. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand employees. It’s a small operation. We know every corner of this warehouse. If a box goes missing, we usually find it under a pallet within ten minutes. That's just how we run things. Simple and direct. No need for complicated systems when you know your own space this well. We just do the work and keep moving forward.
