Sharma Ji Tour & Travel

Our office for Sharma Ji Tour & Travel is located over in Sector 23, specifically at M415. Most people know the area because of the Sai Mandir nearby, so we usually tell them to look for that if they get lost. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, except when there’s a festival at the temple. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, coordinating with drivers and making sure everyone gets where they need to go in Ghaziabad. Sometimes we are out of the office checking on the vehicles, so if the door is locked, we’re usually just a few minutes away. We started this because we knew the roads well and figured we could help people get around without too much fuss. It isn't always perfect; sometimes a car needs a repair right when a booking comes in, and we have to scramble to fix it. We keep a logbook on the desk to track everything, though half the time it’s just notes scribbled on scraps of paper. We like being in Sector 23 because it feels like a real neighborhood. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. People come in to ask about outstation trips or just a ride to the station. We don’t do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or neighbors telling their friends. It's a simple way to work.
