You can find Sharda Tourist & Taxi Service over in Vaishali Sector 5, right across from the Dabur building in Kaushambi. Being so close to the border of Delhi and Ghaziabad means we see a lot of people coming and going. The office is usually humming with the sound of the traffic outside and the radio inside. We handle a lot of taxi bookings for people heading to the airport or the railway stations. It’s a fast-paced environment most days. We try to keep our drivers on a tight schedule, but with the roads being what they are, it doesn't always go perfectly. We’ve been at this for some time, so we’ve seen all sorts of weather and road closures. Our space is simple—a few chairs, a desk, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. We don't use much fancy software; mostly we just remember who is where. If you come by, you might see us drinking chai and talking to the drivers about which roads are blocked. It’s a practical business. We focus on getting the cars out and getting people home. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when a car breaks down at night, but we manage. We like the location here because it’s easy for people from both Kaushambi and Vaishali to reach us without too much trouble.
