Our shop is located at Plot No. 64 in Site-Iv of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. If you know this part of town, you know it is always packed with people and all kinds of vehicles. We do a lot of forging and stamping work here. The floor is filled with heavy presses that make a pretty loud thumping sound all through the day. It is the kind of noise you eventually just stop hearing after you have worked here for a few weeks. We are not a big, flashy company with a lot of marketing. We just have our shop floor and a small corner where we keep the daily paperwork. Most of the guys working here are local and they know these machines inside out. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, which can be a real pain, but we have our backups to keep the hammers moving. We handle a lot of different metal parts for various people. It is a lot of physical labor. You will see stacks of raw material sitting near the entrance and finished bins ready to go out the back. We try to keep things as organized as we can, though it gets a bit messy when we are really busy. It is just how an industrial shop like this works. We do not have a fancy reception area or anyone in a suit. If you drop by, you will likely find someone in greasy clothes to talk to. We just focus on the metal and making sure things are done right.
