Shani Auto Pvt. Ltd. is located at A-6/21-24 in the industrial area of Vijay Nagar. We are right on the S.S.G.T. Road, very close to the Rajat Dharam Kanta. Having the weighbridge nearby is handy because we deal with a lot of heavy auto parts. The shop floor is usually a bit oily, which is expected in this line of work. We’ve got several units connected together, so there’s a lot of walking back and forth. We make various components for cars and trucks. It’s a fast-paced environment. Machines are running constantly, and the sound is pretty intense throughout the day. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy front desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. Most of our staff wear blue overalls that have seen better days. We get a lot of dust from the main road, so we’re always cleaning the machines. The office is small and usually has a few people arguing over delivery schedules. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but we like it. We’ve been here for a long time and know all the shortcuts to get things done. We don't use any high-tech management systems. We just use a blackboard to keep track of what needs to be shipped out each day. It’s simple, it’s loud, and it’s messy, but it’s how we’ve always operated in this neighborhood.
