Neelkanth Sanitation

We are located at C-7 in Shalimar Garden Extension 2, right opposite Gaur Plaza on the main road. Being on the main road means we get a lot of dust and noise from the cars, but it makes it easy for people to find us. Neelkanth Sanitation is basically a store where we keep all sorts of pipes, taps, and bathroom fittings. The shop is usually crowded with boxes because we try to keep as much in stock as possible. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but if you ask us for a specific part, we can usually dig it out from the back. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out which washer or valve they need for their home repairs. It’s a very hands-on kind of job, and our hands are usually a bit dirty from handling the metal and plastic parts. There is a small counter where we sit, but mostly we are up and moving around the shelves. The area around Gaur Plaza is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the trade. Sometimes we stay late to count the stock or clean up the floor. It’s a straightforward business, just selling people the things they need to keep their plumbing working. We’ve been here in Shalimar Garden for a good number of years now and know the local plumbers well.
