Shaina Tour & Travels

Shaina Tour & Travels is located at A-235 in Vaishali Sector 5. We’re right near the big water tank, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone visiting for the first time. The office isn't very large, but it gets the job done for us and the customers who stop by. We spend a lot of our day looking at maps and checking timing for different routes around Ghaziabad. Traffic in Vaishali can be a real headache, especially during peak hours, so we’re always trying to figure out the best times for departures. We’ve got a mix of regular cars and some larger ones for families. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, and sometimes we lose track of a pen or a notebook in the middle of a busy shift. We aren't fancy people; we just run a travel desk. Most of our customers are locals from Sector 5 or people who work nearby. We talk to them like neighbors because that’s what they are. If someone is nervous about a long trip, we sit down and go over the plan with them. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with a phone call. It’s just how it is. We’re glad to be part of the community here near the water tank.
