Our office is tucked into Brij Medical Centre at KK 54 in Kavi Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Shail Medical Services Private Limited is basically what you see when you walk in. There’s usually a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and the sound of someone talking to a client on the landline. We deal with medical services, which mostly means a lot of coordination and making sure schedules are kept. Kavi Nagar is a familiar place for us, and being part of the Brij Medical Centre setup helps keep things organized. It’s not a massive corporate floor, just a practical space where the work gets handled day in and day out. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when new supplies arrive, but we manage to shift things around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just a few people who know how the medical service business works in this area. Most of the staff has been around for a while, so we know each other's habits, like who takes their break at what time. It can be a long day sometimes, especially when there are more requests than usual, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We just keep focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the filing. It’s honest work in a local neighborhood and we like it here.
