We have been working out of C 045 at Assotech in The Nestrepublik for a while now. It is where we set up our desks to handle the hiring stuff for other businesses. Honestly, looking through resumes all day is a lot harder than it looks on paper. You have to really look at the person behind the list of skills to see if they fit. Some days it feels like we are just reading the same words over and over, but then you find someone who actually makes sense for the job. It is just us here, keeping things moving and trying to make sure people get where they need to go. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place to get the work done. We handle the consulting side of things because that is what we know. People come to us when they need help figuring out who to hire next, and we just give it to them straight without any fluff. There isn't a magic formula for it. We just look at the requirements and see who matches up. It keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the traffic getting to the building is a real pain, but once we are in, we just dive into the emails. It is a lot of talking on the phone and checking backgrounds. We do not try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It is just work, and we do it every day here.
