Sausa Medical Supplies Private Limited is run out of H No. 813 in Sector 9, Vasundhara. It’s basically a house that has been converted into a workplace for our supply business. Because it’s in a residential sector, it’s a lot quieter than the main markets where the shops are. We have boxes stacked up in almost every corner of the ground floor. You’ll see everything from boxes of latex gloves to rolls of bandages and more specialized medical tools. The delivery vans come by a few times a day, and we have to be careful not to block the neighbors’ driveways. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when a big shipment arrives. Inside, there’s a small office area with a couple of old computers and a printer that jams if you put too much paper in at once. We spend a lot of our time checking inventory lists and answering the phone. It’s not a fancy showroom. We don’t have displays or pretty lights. It’s just a warehouse and office where we get the daily work done. The staff wears regular clothes, nothing formal or corporate. We drink a lot of chai while we go through the shipping manifests. Sometimes we get orders mixed up and have to spend the whole afternoon fixing the labels. It is honest work. We serve the local clinics and some of the bigger hospitals nearby. It’s just a small team of us making sure the supplies get where they need to go promptly.
