You can find us in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, at FF-4 on Plot Number 233 in Gyan Khand-I. It is a busy area with a lot of movement all day long. Our office is on the first floor. We are Saumshil Ventures and we spend our days working on various business projects. It is a small place, nothing too grand. We have our computers and a lot of notebooks where we jot down ideas. It gets a bit hectic sometimes because there is always something new to look at or a problem that needs solving. We don't have a big corporate structure here. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just does it. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going, especially on long days. Indirapuram is a good place to be because there is so much going on around us. We don't have any polished mission statements or fancy marketing. We just focus on the projects we have and try to make them work. Sometimes we stay late when we are in the middle of something important. It’s just how we operate. We don’t try to sound like a big company because we aren’t one. We are just a small team in Gyan Khand-I trying to build something and keeping things as practical as possible. It is hard work, but we are used to it and we just keep pushing forward.
