Doormilk

We operate out of Gali No 14 in Friend Colony, over in the Sanjay Nagar area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so we are right in the middle of where our customers live. We deal with milk and dairy products, mostly focusing on getting things delivered early in the morning. Our day starts way before the sun comes up. You can hear the crates clinking at 4 AM when the supplies arrive from the dairy farms. We have a few small rooms in Block-M where we keep everything organized. It’s not a big factory or anything, just a local distribution point. We know most of the families around here by name. Sometimes the bikes used for delivery need repairs, and we handle that ourselves in the back area. It’s a straightforward business. We make sure the milk is fresh and gets to the doors on time regardless of the weather. The office is just a desk with some ledgers and a phone that rings constantly with new orders or changes. We don't do any big advertising. People just see our guys in their yellow shirts and ask for service. It’s hard work being up that early every single day, even when it’s raining or freezing outside. But people need their milk for tea in the morning, so we make sure we are there. It’s just how we’ve always done it, and we don't plan on changing our routine.
