Sanghi Yantra Udyog

You can find us at Sanghi Yantra Udyog right on Sanghi Street No 5. We are pretty much directly opposite the railway station in Modi Nagar, so you can always hear the trains pulling in and out. It’s been our family’s spot for a long time. This part of Bhupendrapuri is always bustling with people coming and going from the station. Our shop is an old-style building, and it’s filled with all sorts of machinery and spare parts. We don't have any of those modern glass windows or air conditioning. It’s just an honest workshop where the doors stay open all day. We deal with various types of yantra or machines, helping out local farmers and small factory owners who need something fixed or made. My father and I run things mostly, along with a couple of helpers who have been with us forever. We don't use computers for our accounts; we still write everything down in the big registers. It’s a bit slow, maybe, but it works for us. The street is quite narrow, and it gets crowded with rickshaws and carts, but that’s just the character of Modi Nagar. We don't have a marketing strategy. People know our name because we’ve been on this street for decades. We just provide what’s needed and have a chat over tea. It’s a simple way to run a business, and we aren't looking to change it.
