Samiah International Builders

We’re located over at House Number 259, Gali Number 2, in the Baba Bhim Nagar area of Ghaziabad. It’s right near the bypass road, which makes it easier for us to get around to our different sites. We’ve been working as builders in this neighborhood for a while now. The office is a modest setup, mostly just chairs, tables, and a whole lot of files. It gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to report, but we manage. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle. We prefer being out where the actual building is happening. There’s always sand or cement somewhere on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. Our team is made up of guys who grew up around here or in the nearby districts. We talk plainly and don't try to sugarcoat things. If a wall is crooked, we say it’s crooked and we tear it down to start over. That’s just how we operate. We don't have a fancy website with glossy photos. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built on the next street over. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when the sun is beating down on the bypass, but it’s what we do. We just keep building, one brick at a time, and hope the rain stays away long enough for the roof to go on. It’s honest work for us.
