Running an engineering setup out here at Khasra No. 265 281 283 in Vill- Parsaun-dasna is a lot of work. Salasar Techno Engineering is located right near Jindal Nagar, and it’s a dusty, busy place to be. We aren’t in some polished city office. Out here, we deal with the real grit of engineering and fabrication. There’s usually some kind of noise from the machinery or the sound of trucks moving nearby. The village area has its own pace, and we’ve had to adapt to it over the years. We spend a lot of our time looking at technical drawings and making sure the metalwork is being handled correctly. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, and the shed can feel like an oven, but we just keep at it. Most of the guys working here have been around for a long time, so we all know how the machines act. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We usually have grease on our hands or dust on our boots by the end of the shift. The mail comes to P. O. - Jindal Nagar, and we’re often out in the yard checking on the latest project. It’s heavy work, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't really bother with fancy talk; we just focus on the parts and the projects.
